Unsere Verantwortung

We believe businesses have a responsibility to consider the impact of their decisions.

From the products we design and the materials we use to the way we operate as a business, we aim to make thoughtful choices that support long-term durability, responsible sourcing and fair working practices.

There is always more to do, and we are committed to continually improving.

Certified B Corporation®

In 2023, Stubble & Co became a certified B Corp™, joining a global community of businesses that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.

Certification provides a framework for assessing our impact and identifying opportunities to improve the way we operate as a business.

For us, it's one way of holding ourselves accountable and ensuring responsibility remains part of our decision-making.

Built to Last

Creating durable products is one of the most effective ways to reduce unnecessary consumption.

That's why durability sits at the heart of our design process. We create products that are built for everyday use, using carefully selected materials and thoughtful construction methods designed to withstand the demands of modern life.

By designing products to last longer, we hope to encourage a more responsible approach to buying and owning products.

Repair, Not Replace

Extending the life of a product doesn't stop when it leaves us.

For customers based in the UK, we offer a free repair service within their two-year warranty period through our repair partner, United Repair Centre.

Together, we help keep products in use for longer, reducing unnecessary waste and helping customers get more from the products they already own.

Where possible, products are repaired and returned to their original condition, allowing them to continue being used for years to come.

Need a repair? Submit a repair request and our team will guide you through the process.

Responsible Materials

We carefully consider the materials used throughout our products, balancing durability, performance and responsibility.

Across our range, this includes recycled PET fabrics, durable linings, weatherproof zips and hard-wearing trims selected to withstand the demands of everyday use.

We also use FSC-certified packaging that is fully recyclable and designed specifically for each product to minimise unnecessary waste.

As materials and technologies continue to evolve, we will continue to look for opportunities to improve the choices we make.

Human Rights

Respect for people is a fundamental part of how we operate as a business.

Our company is committed to respecting internationally recognised human rights in our operations, products, services, and business relationships.

We align our approach with:

  • The UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
  • The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
  • The International Labour Organisation’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

We are committed to providing fair, safe, and inclusive working conditions and to preventing forced labor, child labor, discrimination, and harassment across our business activities.

Our Commitment

Responsibility isn't a project or a campaign.

It's something we consider across product design, material choices, business operations and the relationships we build throughout our supply chain.

We'll continue to review our practices, measure our progress and look for better ways to do things.

Because responsibility should never stand still.
