Every material, component and construction choice has been considered, tested and refined. From the shell and frame to the handles, locks and Hinomoto wheels, nothing is there without a reason.
That feels much stronger to me because the email has made claims, and the beautiful factory/testing photography on this page can now provide the evidence.
I'd definitely mention Hinomoto somewhere on the page now. If Ben is telling customers they're “the best in the business”, someone clicking through should be able to discover more about that engineering story rather than the website becoming vaguer than the email.
