    The Hardshell Pro Trunk 100L is built around a trunk-style opening for maximum access, with Hinge Support Straps that hold the lid open for supported packing, or release and tuck away for a full opening. Deeper internal space and greater packing height give bulkier items room to load naturally without compression. Engineered with an impact-resistant AeroShell polycarbonate case, an aluminium ProFrame, and Hinomoto Terrain Glide wheels for smooth movement across any terrain. Dual TSA ClipLocks keep your belongings safe at every stage of the trip ahead.

Setting your TSA Lock

Instructions apply to both locks:

  1. Open case + unzip the lining behind the locks to access the red reset levers (A)
  2. Slide the red reset levers (A) to the right
  3. Choose your new code by turning the dials (B)
  4. Return reset levers (A) to their original position
  5. Randomise the dials (B) to lock and conceal your new combination

Your code is now set. Please make a note of it - without this code, you won’t be able to open your lock.

To reset your combination, repeat steps.
