Are you bags in any shops?
You can now see our best selling bags at the Wolf & Badger store in Kings Cross, London.
Wolf & Badger, Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4DQ.
Opening hours: 10am-8pm (Mon-Sat), 12pm-6pm (Sun).
How are your bags packaged?
All bags are packaged in a protective dust bag, and then within a branded cardboard box.
To help keep surprises over the Christmas period, we are shipping our boxes in mailing bags to hide the branding. These are made out of recycled materials and are fully recyclable. If you would rather we didn't use a mailing bag, please email email@example.com and we can arrange this for you.
How do I care for my bag?
We suggest using the cotton pouch supplied to store and protect your Stubble & Co bag. To remove dust or dirt, use a lightly dampened lint-free cloth. Do not scrub. Leave to dry naturally. To protect and restore the leather you can use a leather balsam.
Please do not machine wash, tumble dry, use any soap or detergent, apply solvents, iron, starch or leave in direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Unfortunately all of these are likely to damage the leather or canvas.
Do you offer a quality warranty?
The founding value of Stubble & Co was to never compromise on quality, whether that be our products or our customer service.
