Careers

Ecommerce Executive

London (Hybrid)

We are looking for a commercially-minded Ecommerce Executive to help drive the growth of our D2C business. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will lead the day-to-day trading and performance of our website, turning traffic into revenue through merchandising, conversion and on-site promotion.

This is a hands-on, analytical role for someone who thinks commercially and turns performance data into action. You will be confident across our digital and martech stack, and thrive in a small, fast-moving team, independent, driven, and happy to turn your hand to whatever the day needs.

You will collaborate continuously with the wider business, from marketing to operations. The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years' experience in ecommerce or digital, a commercial instinct, and the drive to make a real impact in a scaling business.

    • We will ask for a copy of your current CV
    • We’ll get in touch with next steps if you are selected for a screening interview

    What you'll do

    • Trade the site. Lead the day-to-day trading rhythm, spotting opportunities, reacting to performance and keeping the site commercially sharp.
    • Drive merchandising and AOV. Shape how products surface across the homepage, category pages and on-site search, and grow average order value through effective cross-sell and upsell.
    • Lead conversion optimisation. Own the CRO programme end to end: identify friction, prioritise and run on-site tests, and turn the learnings into a better-performing store.
    • Deliver promotions. Run the on-site promotional calendar and the mechanics of each offer, planned alongside the Brand team.
    • Bring campaigns to life on-site. Take the Brand team's launches and merchandise them into strong commercial moments.
    • Grow organic performance. Work with our SEO agency to improve organic traffic and optimise on-site content.
    • Turn data into action. Partner with our Data Analyst to read Shopify and GA4 performance, then translate the numbers into a clear commercial story and the actions that follow.
    • Help shape the site. Feed into the site roadmap, briefing UX and UI improvements to our Web Developer with support from the Head of Digital.
    • Keep trading and operations aligned. Work with our Operations team so stock, availability and fulfilment stay in step with trading activity.
    • Support marketplace growth. Work with our external agency on US Amazon activity, helping steer priorities and keep performance on track.

    What we're looking for

    Essential
    • Hands-on experience trading a D2C ecommerce site, ideally Shopify.
    • A strong commercial instinct, thinking in revenue, conversion rate and AOV.
    • Experience leading conversion optimisation and on-site testing.
    • Merchandising experience, including cross-sell and upsell.
    • Confidence with analytics (GA4, on-site data) and a habit of turning insight into action.
    • An interest in UX and UI, and how design and layout affect conversion.
    • Sharp attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting approach.
    Nice to have
    • An understanding of the martech stack and how third-party tools and integrations connect to the site.
    • Comfortable configuring apps and integrations, connecting third-party tools (via native connectors or APIs).
    • Exposure to Amazon or other marketplaces.
    • Experience working with SEO, agencies, developers or data teams.
    • An interest in premium, brand-led products.

CRM Executive

London (Hybrid)

We are looking for a driven CRM Executive to grow revenue and loyalty from our owned audience. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will lead our email and CRM programme, turning one-time buyers into repeat customers through a data-led lifecycle of campaigns and automated flows.

This is a role that blends the commercial and the creative: someone who turns performance data into action, but also has an eye for good creative and copy, briefing our design team and making light-touch edits to bring campaigns to life. You will be confident with CRM and martech tools, comfortable owning segmentation, deliverability and reporting, and equally at home building, testing and refining in a small, fast-moving team.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Brand team to keep every customer touchpoint on-brand and compelling, as well as collaborating with the wider business. The ideal candidate will have around 2-3 years' experience in CRM or email marketing, a commercial instinct balanced with creative flair, and the drive to make a real impact in a scaling business
