Designed for dependable daily carry, The Roll Top 20L uses a magnetic roll top closure to give you flexible volume and secure closure when your load changes. An external padded tech compartment fits up to a 16 inch laptop, keeping your tech protected with work ready access. A structured interior helps you organise essentials clear visibility, while an airflow back panel keeps movement comfortable in all weather.
Every element of the Roll Top is made with tough materials that are built to last. Where possible, we have opted for materials from recycled sources, but only where they have passed stringent performance tests. The main body of the bag is made from waterproof materials, the seams have waterproof binding and we use water-resistant zips.
Care Instructions:
To remove dust or dirt, use a lightly dampened lint-free cloth. Scrub gently with a sponge/cloth. If necessary, use mild soapy water to remove more stubborn stains. Leave to dry naturally, removing any excess moisture with a cloth. Please do not machine wash, tumble dry, use strong soap or detergent, apply solvents, iron, starch or leave in direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

"A beautifully crafted backpack. Lots of pockets internally and externally, meaning I don’t have to open the main body when I need something small. It’s comfortable, doesn’t dig in. The straps have mostly held the weight of my day to day work gear, I do to retighten occasionally but this is an easy fix. I love the discreet laptop compartment, and side pockets. Great all round backpack. Will be getting one for my daughter for school in September."
"First thing I have to say, delivery was fantastic, shape and size of storage works just right! Can store a lot more than you can expect, the only issue I have is that where the g lock meets the fold at the top to secure the bag, the threads are already coming loose and I have only used it for a week. Slightly disappointed at that, Easy to clean, sits on my back nicely but causes a bit of sweat, there is also a reflective strap on the shoulder straps which is a nice touch for cyclists in my opinion."
"Bought this to replace a 28L Mountain Hardware bag that has served me well the last 10 years. Very nice and comfortable bag. As a big lad, I probably needed the 30L storage capacity for laptop and my bits. I thought the bag was obstructing my view looking over my shoulder while cycling, but that was down to how I was rolling it closed. Its all good now! Big fan of the elasticated side pouches, easily put in any size of a water bottler and keep it snug. Shockingly, haven't seen rain yet in Ireland to test the waterproof material. but it does have a quality feel and touch that seems up to the task. All in all, very nice bag that will hopefully see me thought the next 10 years."
"Backpack seems well built and the single compartment design with small pockets for specific items is nice. The bottle holders are also a good size for my 1L bottle, which was a relief. However, I was quite disappointed in the delivery time (hence my lower review) - I specifically paid for 24 hour shipping, but it took Stubble & Co. 2 days to dispatch the item, and then another 2 days for the item to arrive with their chosen courrier."
"Great bag, totally hits the mark. This is my second roll top from Stubble & Co. The last one was 20L and was great and served me 4-5 years almost everyday use; sadly the zip to the laptop compartment failed this month. I’ve opted for the 15L this time as never filled the larger one. It’s my mobile office and absolutely perfect size. I serve in the military and recognise good quality in my kit… the roll top is just the job 💪"
"It’s a stunningly beautiful rucksack that looks like it’ll last a while. My one gripe is the stupid placement of pockets and smaller sections. The bag is very narrow and all the pockets are kid of mid/top of the back, making it very hard to get things in once there’s already something in the pockets. There is only one zippered section that is accessible without opening the bag which also limits practicality."
"Really impressed with my Stubble & Co backpack. The quality is excellent and it feels premium, durable and really well made. It’s also extremely comfortable to wear, even when fully loaded, with well padded straps that make a big difference. The functionality is probably my favourite part. The compartments are thoughtfully designed, there’s plenty of space without it feeling bulky, and everything has its place. It’s ideal for work, travel or everyday use. "Very pleased with roll top . However, there were delivery issues. I was given a Royal Mail tracking number but this didn’t work. So I rang up and was told they would chase up. The tracking still wasn’t being updated so I made contact through a web contact page . Then told it wasn’t Royal Mail but Evri. Eventually ruck arrived after about a week ."
"Postage takes around 4/5 days not the 2/3 days they say for standard delivery. Bag is good strong very well made and feels great. Will it last after being put through its paces who knows only time will tell hence the four stars not five. These reviews they ask for are to quick way to quick, should be done after 6 or 12 months."

Aesthetically it looked the part so I looked into it further. Really engaging website. Loved the tonal options in addition to the varying sizes - and the detail of the product looked fantastic.
