A B Corp™️ business meets the highest standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and legal accountability. Achieving B Corp™️ status is a testament to our commitment to balance purpose and profit. We believe in business as a force for good, and always prioritise people and the planet
After our initial application in April 2022, we spent months improving our practices and processes before reapplying in July 2022. We were then granted certification in May 2023, with an overall score of 91.3. This is something we are really proud of but keen to improve even further.
From products to policies, a B Corp™️ certification ensures a company has social and environmental responsibility in how they do business. Measured across 5 variations; Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customer. This covers a wide variety of aspects of the business from; the gender pay-gap, where we source our materials, how our office is powered and what the conditions are like for the people within our supply chain. Passing the assessment solidifies our deep commitment to changing the way we do business.
Our work doesn’t stop here. A B Corp™️ certification is a legally binding commitment to our societal and environmental impact and we are held accountable by the recertification process, which happens every 3 years. We will continue to actively measure and work to improve the way we do business to ensure we prioritise people and the planet.
Our purpose-led approach is woven into everything we do. We prioritise eco-friendly materials, use recycled components, and responsibly source textiles to minimise our environmental impact.
Our commitment extends to our workforce with generous pay, benefits, flexible hours, and a hybrid work model promoting work-life balance and wellness. Since 2017, we've maintained a zero turnover record, emphasising professional growth. We ensure excellent working conditions and fair pay in our Vietnam factory, fostering an ethical relationship with global artisans.
